Beans!

On Friday last week I was attempting to get too many projects done in the kitchen and Micah was feeling neglected. Through a moment of divine inspiration, I pulled out this tray, bowls, a funnel, a melon-baller, a funnel and some dried beans. I strapped Micah into his highchair and excitedly told him how much fun playing with beans was going to be. He believed me and played for 45 minutes! He had so much fun. He spend a lot of time putting the beans through the little holes on the side of the tray and then asking, "Where'd it go?" What a blessing the simplest things can be - beans!
