Cookies!

There are some Korean teething biscuits that we've been giving Micah that are a little sweet. Thus I call them cookies. I usually give them to him after he's done a good job eating a meal and still seems hungry. He found the box in the pantry and tried to figure out how to get the box open...

Red Overall Shorts

Micah's Oma's friend, Mary sent him some short overalls and a red shirt. Thanks, Auntie Mary!

Grass!

On Sunday, we had chapel on the lawn between the chapel building and the on-base hotel. Afterwards we had a Hawaiian-style barbeque. The setting of this event might not look abnormal to you, if you don't live in Korea. Grassy areas are few and far between here in Korea. There is concrete everywhere in town and the green you can find is usually a swampy rice patty. So...on Sunday Micah had his very first encounter with grass. I think he liked it!

Doghouse

On Micah's exersaucer is a little doghouse. Shortly after receiving the exersaucer, he figured out how to push the dog down, making him disappear into the doghouse. I would often pop the dog back out by pushing the button or helping Micah push the button.

On Sunday Micah figured out how to push the button himself, making the dog pop out (jack-in-the-box style). He was so proud of himself. See?
